Established with a profound objective, this assembly of ambitious women seeks to accelerate their business ventures in a realm marked by confidentiality, camaraderie, and utmost professionalism. Designed as an incubator for innovation, the group is committed to addressing the unique challenges that women leaders face, by harnessing the power of collaborative “peer to peer” learning. The true essence of this collective wisdom is experienced during our monthly meetings at Rollins College, held between 9 am and 1 pm. Here, discussions encompass growth trajectories, operational excellence, leadership paradigms, and succession blueprints, all tailor-made for thriving 2nd stage women-owned businesses. To ensure undivided attention and exclusivity, our ethos permits only one member from each industry, eliminating potential conflicts and fostering an environment of unparalleled collaboration and growth.
